The holiday home has been completely redesigned for the 2025 season. Both the interior and exterior areas have been fully renovated. We have been awarded a 4-star rating by the tourism association. The house is located on the owner's property but has its own private entrance and utilities. The entire property is in a quiet area on the edge of town, offering unobstructed views of nature and the national park. From the spacious sunroom, you can enjoy views of the pond landscape, surrounded by a well-kept garden. The outdoor area features a comfortable seating group, a barbecue area with a gas grill, and a relaxing spot for smokers. Description of the Accommodation Waren/Müritz is located in the heart of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Once a holiday resort, then a spa town, it is now officially recognized as a health resort. Here, you can enjoy both active and relaxing holidays, just as you wish. The entire Müritz region offers an excellent network of cycling paths. There are so many tourist highlights that one visit won’t be enough. Our motto: Arrive as strangers, leave as friends. As your hosts, we are happy to provide tips and assistance whenever needed. We wish you a pleasant and restful stay. The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. It is suitable for all ages, with just two steps to enter, and is very quiet— the street is 100 m away. The apartment features fast internet. Flooring is new and the furnishings are well maintained. The double bed is at a comfortable height, ideal for seniors. The property and its surroundings are very peaceful, perfect for sleeping in. Guests are welcome to use the garden— whether for barbecuing, relaxing on sun loungers, or sitting by the pond watching the fish. There are two different outdoor seating areas for you, with either morning or evening sun as you prefer. Two sun loungers and a guest barbecue are available. The entire property is fenced and has an automatic gate. Guest parking is directly in front of the apartment, as are bicycle storage spaces. Bed linen and towels are changed once a week free of charge. Electricity, water, and internet are included.
